Mr. Johnathan EvansFollowing the recommendations in the report by the consultants, KPMG Peat Marwick, a copy of which was placed in the Library in February this year, changes are being considered to the Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 1993. The Lord Chancellor expects to consult interested organisations about his proposals early in the new year.
