§ The Attorney-GeneralAs indicated in my answer of 7 NovemberOfficial Report, columns 668, the Law Officers' Departments have not used the PFI for any project to date, and costs so far incurred have been minimal. It is not possible to predict what schemes might be approved under the PFI in future or, therefore, to forecast future administration costs.
