§ Mr. Gwilym JonesNone. The access to work programme for disabled people was introduced from 6 June 1994 to extend and simplify the existing special schemes provided by the Employment Service. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Employment announced a review of the scheme in July.
