§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe Welsh Office does not collect or hold information in respect of attendance allowances set by local authorities. With regard to the political control on each existing county and district council, I refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to the hon. Member for Dover on 16 February. For the 22 unitary authorities elected on 4 May 1995, the latest information held by the Welsh Office is set out in the following table:
