§ Mr. RichardsI am content that there is a well-established satisfactory system in place, covering the United Kingdom as a whole, to monitor adverse reactions to all medicines, including vaccines. Aftercare support, following vaccination, would be a matter for the clinical judgment of an individual patient's practitioner.
