§ Sir Paul BeresfordSince 1 January 1995, we have received two representations to change class C2—residential institutions—of the Town and Country616W Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987. Present arrangements reflect the assessment that a change from one kind of residential institution to another does not fundamentally affect the nature of the use of the site.
