§ Mr. MossOn 1 March I announced funding of £4.5 million over three years for improvements to the harbours at Church Bay, Rathlin Island and Ballycastle. This will allow the introduction of a new roll-on roll-off ferry service and demonstrates the Government's commitment to the people of Rathlin.
