§ Mr. NelsonIn his speech to the private finance panel conference on 24 January, my right hon. and learned Friend announced that the redevelopment of the Treasury building in Great George street will be taken forward under the private finance initiative. The process to define our requirement and conduct the competition to find a consortium to take the project forward is continuing. My right hon. and learned Friend will consider what information can be published at the appropriate time.
