To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what information Her Majesty's Government have received from the European Commission in regard to the recent submission by Friends of the Earth United Kingdom to the Commission requesting that the United Kingdom be prosecuted for non'compliance with the Seveso directive, 80/501/EEC.
