§ Mr. SackvilleDraft Guidance, "Confidentiality, Use and Disclosure of Personal Health Information', was issued for consultation in August 1994. The consultation period closed on 9 December. We are considering the many responses received and will be making any appropriate revisions to the guidance in due course.
