§ Mr. BaldryIn addition to the substantial and continuing bilateral emergency aid that we have been providing for Rwandan refugees in Tanzania, we are also seeking to help local affected Tanzanians. We are designing a project with Help Age International to support Tanzanian elderly and disabled people in the region.
