§ Mr. HagueNACAB is unable to provide the specialist advice service that we propose. However, citizens advice bureaux will still have a role to play as the likely first port of call for many disabled people seeking advice. The Government are considering how best to provide more specialised advice and support, over and above the provision of basic information, to help disabled people secure their right of access to goods and services.
