§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe British logistic battalion supporting UNAVEM III is being deployed to Angola in British military and civilian transport provided against an undertaking by the UN to repay the costs involved. We understand that other contingents will be deployed in commercial transport organised by the UN secretariat or using national resources against UN reimbursement.
