§ Mr. Robert B. JonesA publication, "Standard Spending Assessment Handbook 1995–96", has been produced to provide details of the standard spending assessment of each local authority. Copies have today been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. Copies have also been sent to every local authority in England, and to the local authority associations.
The tables from the handbook are being made available in computer-readable form.
