To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food on what grounds he has rejected the Agriculture Select Committee's recommendations that a vaccination-based system for approved countries should replace the quarantine system for dogs arriving from those countries.

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what proposals he has for enabling residents of countries within the European Union to travel with their domesticated animals in an unhindered fashion; and what plans he has to relax the quarantine regulations.
