§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe nuclear installations inspectorate recently completed is assessment of Nuclear Electric's periodic safety review for Hinkley Point A. This concluded that safety remains adequately high for continued operation of the plant.
Although the Welsh Office was not specifically consulted about it, the review included detailed consideration of the risks to the general public in the UK, including Wales.
