§ Mr. BaldryWe do not have an accurate assessment of the number of deaths in Burundi but are concerned at the level of violence. Action in support of the moderate and broad-based Government is being taken by the United Nations, the European Union and the Organisation of African Unity. We have given our full backing to these efforts.
