§ Mr. BowisThe proposed amendments to the Foster Placement (Children) Regulations 1991 will permit social services departments to delegate fostering duties, specified by part II of the Foster Placement (Children) Regulations 1991, to private sector organisations on the same basis as to voluntary organisations.
