§ Mr. Nelson[holding answer 5 April 1995]: The Chancellor's Departments and agencies have an on-going programme to ensure that the disabled have access to buildings and services. Many measures have already been taken to improve access including building adaptations and the provision of equipment and services. The Departments and agencies concerned are committed to keeping the situation under review and building on these initiatives.
