§ Mr. NorrisTransec's accommodation provides facilities for visitors and staff with disabilities. These include parking spaces, access ramps suitable for wheelchairs and a special toilet. The landlord is responsible for ensuring that the lifts comply with all legal requirements and for meeting any costs. A copy of Transec's incident control procedures, which include emergency arrangements for the evacuation of all staff, will be placed in the Library.
