§ Mr. NorrisCycle lighting is governed by the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989. The lamps and reflectors specified in these regulations provide the cyclist with good conspicuity providing they are kept clean and well maintained. There are no regulations concerning safety clothing for cyclists. The highway code contains detailed advice on conspicuity for cyclists.
