To ask the Prime Minister what contact his Government have had with Vice-President Gore's national performance review team; and will he make a statement.

The Prime Minister

My right hon. Friend, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, when he was Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, met Vice-President Gore and members of his national performance review team. The citizens charter unit has also had discussions With the national performance review team, and continues to keep in touch with it.
