§ Mr. SackvilleInformation about prospective operations is not available centrally. Ealing hospital national health service trust had 8,070 operating theatre cases in 1992–93 compared with 7,626 in 1991–92 before its establishment as a NHS trust. Corresponding figures for the NHS in England are 3,543,119 in 1992–93 and 3,514,751 in 1991–92.
