§ Mr. NorrisThe West London line electrification scheme was completed in July 1993. However, this scheme did not include one short stretch of line between Mitre Bridge and Willesden Junction which will form part of the north London works, due to be electrified late next year.
Studies into the feasibility of new rail services, such as a ring-rail service, are a commercial matter for British Rail train operating units and Rai1track.
