Both nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear smuggling are of serious concern to Her Majesty's Government, however, we are considering them with others in a number of international forums including the G7.

§ Mr. David DavisThis matter was discussed at an informal meeting of European Union Foreign Ministers at Usedom on 10 and 11 September and again at the Foreign Affairs Council on 3 and 4 October. It was agreed that proposals would be prepared for the European Council at Essen in December.
