To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has now taken up the case of Tejinder Singh with the authorities in Delhi; and if he will make a statement on progress.

Our High Commission in New Delhi asked the Indian authorities for further information on the case of Tejinder Singh in August. They have not yet received a response, but will continue to pursue.
