Letter form Lawrie Haynes to Dr. Tony Wright, dated 17 October 1994: You asked the Secretary of State for Transport what is the net present value of the Birmingham Northern Relief Road according to the COBA evaluation of the scheme. As part of the evidence to the current public inquiry, the Department has indicated that the scheme has a net present value of £195 million.
