What is the estimate of the Welsh non-domestic rate poundage for 1995.

§ The Lord Advocate (Lord Rodger of Earlsferry)
The 1995 revaluation has increased overall rateable values in Wales by around 18 per cent. The Government propose to reduce the Welsh poundage from 44.8 to 39.0 pence reflecting this.
