(2) how many times explanations of votes in EU Council meetings have been published in accordance with article 5 of Council decision 93/662/EC on allowing greater publicity for Council meetings.
§ Mr. BaldryThe press releases which are issued after each Council meeting are placed in the Library. Since the publication of the Council decision referred to by the hon. Member, these have normally contained details of votes and explanations of votes.
