§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage (1) what restrictions currently exist relating to the percentage of programmes made in Britain which must be shown by television and cable companies in the United Kingdom;
(2) what quotas currently exist for the use of British programming by (a) satellite, (b) cable and (c) terrestrial channels;
(3) what is his Department's policy on the right to reply; and if he will make a statement.
