§ Dr. MawhinneyI refer the hon. Members to the reply I gave the hon. Member for Darlington (Mr. Milburn) today, which gave the latest available figures for all district health authorities and family health services authorities in England. It is not possible to break those figure; down further into spend on hospital and community services, or to remove the cost element of medical education and research from the figures.
It is not possible to give per capita figures for earlier years on a comparable basis.
