§ Mr. HowardCopies of the guidance notes on the arrangements to implement the code of practice on government information in the Home Office were placed in the Library of the House on 16 May. The campaign for freedom of information has been sent a copy, at its request. Copies are available to the general public from the publications unit of the Home Office information and library services on request.
