To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what future plans he has for the judicial race awareness seminars.

I refer my hon. Friend to the answers I gave to her on 26 January 1994 at column 239 and to the hon. Member for Leicester, East (Mr. Vaz) on 30 March 1994 at column 748. This programme of seminars is arranged by the Judicial Studies Board. I understand that the board plans to hold 35 seminars for the judiciary over the next two years at locations throughout England and Wales.
