Member for Greenwich (Mr. Raynsford) on 17 May 1993 at column 29 and to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Leeds, West (Mr. Battle) on 18 May 1992 at column 63. The final amount allocated towards start-up and conveyancing costs for fourth wave trusts was £34,742,000.
