§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryWe have made it clear to the Belize Government that we stand ready to participate in any consultations that they may request on Belize's future security, and that we are prepared to play our part in any consultations that would lead to an appropriate response should the security of Belize be threatened in the future. It would not be right for me to comment on any discussions with other countries.
