To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to his answer of 21 February,Official Report, column 81, what targets and budgets he has set for the collection of unpaid vehicle excise duty.

On the question of targets I refer the hon. Member to the answer of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 29 April, column385. The agreed budget to carry out this work during 1994–95 is around £27 million.
