§ Mr. BennettTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many temporary traffic orders were made by local authorities in each year since 1985 under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict or prohibit the use of footpaths or bridleways for which the Scottish Office gave consent under section 15(2) of that Act for an extension of the period for which the order was in force.
