To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how much it will cost to decant all the staff from Kentigern house, Glasgow, while refurbishment takes place in order to accommodate the Army Personnel Centre in 1996.

Mr. Hanley

The cost of decanting staff out of Kentigern house will depend on the cost of the alternative accommodation, the options for which are under construction.
