§ Mr. Hanley[holding answer 22 March]: Statistics are not maintained in a form which enables properties in particular cities or county council areas to be readily identified. I can, however, give the information requested on the numbers of dwellings and vacant dwellings owned by my Department in each county of England and Wales and regional council area in Scotland as at 31 December 1993.
