To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the last date on which the milk marketing board may submit a reorganisation scheme.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I have made a further order under section 2(7) of the Agriculture Act 1993. This defers the last date on which the England and Wales milk marketing board may apply under the Act for approval of a reorganisation scheme from 31 March 1994 to 30 June 1994.
