To ask the Secretary of State for Education when the Gulbenkian Foundation survey of discretionary awards will be published.

Although publication is not in the Government's hands, I understand that, in order to avoid publication at the beginning of the Easter break, the survey's steering committee has now decided to publish the report on 8 April.
