§ Mr. William Ross

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish a table to show for each of the last 10 years and the next year, the average, highest and lowest district rates struck in Northern Ireland and the average percentage increase each year in the regional rate and the total percentage increase in the average district rate and the percentage increase in the regional rate over the whole period or as much of such information as is readily available to him.
