To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what changes he proposes to make to Her Majesty's Land Registry trading fund's external financing limit for 1993–94.

The external financing limit for 1993–94 for Her Majesty's Land Registry trading fund will be reduced from £0 million to minus £29 million. This results from increases in fee income, efficiency and lower capital expenditure.
