To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the capital expenditure of Tai Cymru and housing associations in Wales on administration in the latest year for which figures are available.

In 1992–93 Housing for Wales incurred capital expenditure on administration of £98,800. Information on individual housing associations is not readily available.
