To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when his office received a copy of the report prepared by the auditors Coopers and Lybrand on the debts owed to and outstanding insurance claims of South Glamorgan county council; if he will place a copy of the report in the Library; and if he will make a statement.

This is a matter for South Glamorgan county council and its auditors. My Department has not been sent a copy of the report.
