§ Mr. KeyNone. However, our studies have shown that the opening of the link from the M65 to the M6 could increase traffic on the M65 east of Blackburn by some I I per cent. There could be between 9,000 and 11,000 vehicles per day on the A56 east of Colne in 1997.
