§ Sir Hector MonroThe forestry review group comprised officials from the Scottish Office, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Welsh Office, the Forestry Commission, the Department of the Environment, HM Treasury, the Department of Trade and Industry and the Prime Minister's policy unit.
