§ Mr. Peter LloydThe registrar has expressed his concern that the definition used in the Bill may throw doubt on the meaning of "record" in other statutory provisions, and for that reason the Government are considering tabling an amendment to delete the definition. The registrar has not expressed a view about the implications of the definition for the data protection principles.
