It corrected an omission from the list of witnesses to have appeared before the Scott inquiry in open session, provided in my answer to the hon. Member of 8 February,Official Report, columns 228–29. Mr. Stephen Day, formerly an official of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, appeared before the inquiry on 4 May 1993.
