To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 28 February,Official Report, column 596, if he will specify the date on which he will place in the Library the relevant advice and guidance on conflicts of interest.

A copy of the relevant guidance was placed in the Library of the House on 14 March.
